I. General provisions
Entrepreneur running an online store located under the internet domain http://www.maimaiti.eu.

The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Clients as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller as the entity managing and operating the Online Store.
The Regulations are available in the Polish language version at http://www.maimaiti.eu
Customers are obliged to comply with proprietary copyrights and rights arising from the registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility and industrial designs.
The Owner of the Online Store, mentioned in point 1, undertakes to securely process Customers' personal data only for the purpose of a reliable performance of the distance sales contract. Privacy Policy is HERE, it is available when placing an order and sent each time in an e-mail with confirmation of the order.
II. Definitions
Terms used in the Regulations mean, respectively:
Online Store - an online store operating at http://www.maimaiti.eu/, selling products at a distance.
Owner - http://www.maimaiti.eu
Customer - each entity purchasing in the Online Store in accordance with the content of the Regulations, including the Consumer and Entrepreneur.
User - any entity using the Internet, which will access the website of the Online Store.
Customer Account - a field containing data on transactions carried out and an instrument used to carry out orders placed by the Customer.
Newsletter - a service provided by the Online Shop to the User who agreed to send them a Newsletter, consisting in sending to such Users all information about the operation of the Online Store, after voluntarily providing by the User e-mail address, name and surname.
Consumer - a natural person who performs legal transactions with an entrepreneur not directly related to his business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur - a natural person, a legal person or an entity without legal personality that performs a legal act on its own behalf as part of an economic or professional activity.
Working days - days of the week from Monday to Friday, except on statutory holidays.
Regulations - this document specifying the terms and conditions of using the Online Store and purchasing products therein.
Registration - voluntary data provided by the Store's Customer, consisting in completing the form available on the pages of this Store.
III. Technical terms of using the Online Store
To use the Online Store, the Customer should have:
device transferring ICT data;
access to the Internet;
email address.
The store collects information contained in cookies, which are text files. These files do not retain any personal data, they are used in an anonymous way to assess the real interest in the website on the Online Store website. Cookies are used to exchange information between the Online Store and the User, which greatly facilitates the adjustment of the offer to the expectations and preferences of each User. The customer decides about the use of cookies. Web browsers are often set by default to install these files on the client's end device, which can change settings at any time.
The store informs that the exclusion by the customer of the use of cookies may affect the functionalities available in the Online Store.
Detailed information on cookie files is contained in the cookie policy, available at http://www.maimaiti.eu/ and constituting an integral part of the Regulations.
IV. Registration and logging in
In order to create a "Customer Account", the Customer registers by providing an e-mail address and password using the form.
The password provided when logging in to the Online Store may consist of letters, numbers and / or special characters. The password is individual for each user. The password can be changed on the website by entering the e-mail address and the new password.
Setting up a "Customer Account" is free.
Registration is not a condition of placing an order in the Online Store. Conditions of placing orders in this mode are included in point V, para. 9 of the Regulations. The customer undertakes to provide real data.
The Customer, by accepting the Regulations, makes a statement as follows:
I volunteered to use the services of the Online Store,
the data contained in the form is true.
The Customer may not transfer the password to access the account in the Online Store to third parties.
Registered customer has the option of:
access to the status and order history,
receiving individual discounts and promotional coupons,
information about the possibility of participating in promotions and competitions,
product order,
change of your data,
change your password,
checking your order,
delete your account.
After registration, the customer will receive a confirmation of registration at the e-mail address provided.
Activation allows you to log into the system.
The customer may not copy, modify or distribute content, images of logos without the prior consent of the authorized person.
V. Simplified registration
The customer can register via intermediary services.
Registration via Facebook is possible after selecting the "Facebook" button located on the Store's website.
After the simplified registration, including the readiness of the regulations and the consent to download the data from the intermediary Portal by the Store, the Store will receive the following information:
public profile
list of friends
e-mail adress
date of birth
chat status
current places of residence
The customer, registered during the simplified registration, has the same rights and obligations as the customer registered through the form on the Store website
By registering with the use of intermediary Services, the Customer is redirected to the Store's website in order to use the Store's services.
When registering on the Store's website, clicking on the Intermedia Service tab is automatically logged in to the Store.
VI. Order fulfillment
The Online Store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, enabling the Customer to place an order at any time, except for maintenance breaks.
The Online Store confirms that the order has been received by an automatically generated e-mail that it sends to the Customer. The message contains the proposed content of the sales contract, in particular: the number and date of the order, the details of the purchased goods, the price and method of payment, data of the parties to the contract, place, method and cost of delivery.
If the proposed content of the contract of sale is not consistent with the order placed by the customer, the customer should inform the online store without undue delay by sending an e-mail with an indication of the discrepancies noted. The Online Store will send the client the corrected content of the proposed contract without undue delay.
The Online Store confirms the acceptance of the order for execution by sending the Customer another e-mail with information that the product has been forwarded to the courier along with the number of the consignment note and the invoice.
The product sold is accompanied by a warranty card of the manufacturer, importer or distributor - if the manufacturer, importer or distributor provide a guarantee under a written warranty card.
Customers in the case of natural persons can only be adults who have full legal capacity.
The customer places the order in the following way:
the choice of goods by adding them to the basket;
providing data to the registration form or login, delivery form;
approval of the order via the "order with payment obligation" button;
sending the order confirmation to the Customer's e-mail address;
the order placed in electronic form will be confirmed no later than within 2 (two) business days (excluding public holidays and public holidays) from receipt of the order. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or by phone.
Orders can also be submitted by omitting registration on the Online Store website by:

The customer who will use the methods indicated in point 9, i.e. making purchases without registration on the Store's website, is obliged to read and accept the Regulations sent by the Store to the email address provided by the Customer.
The customer using one of the ways of placing the order indicated in point 7., should provide:
name, size and quantity of products;
name and surname of the recipient;
the exact delivery address;
contact phone number;
e-mail address of the ordering party.
The customer undertakes to provide real data.
Confirmation of placing an order sent to the Customer includes:
Online Store data, including the exact correspondence address, e-mail address and telephone number;
product description;
unit and combine the price of all products;
order price = total product price + contract performance costs (including payment and delivery);
the form of delivery - including the date on which the delivery will take place and if there are any restrictions regarding delivery, e.g. weight or location;
payment method;
information about the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days in the case of customers who are consumers;
information on the warranty right in the case of Customers who are Consumers;
in the attachment a model of withdrawal from the contract is sent within 14 days, applicable to Customers who are consumers.
VII. Payment method
The customer has the option of making a payment for the goods in the form of a placed order in the following forms:
Bank transfer,
quick payments via the PayU website.
VIII. Prices
The prices quoted on the products on the Online Store website are given in Polish zlotys and include taxes and fees. The price of the product before the "to basket" button designation does not include shipping costs and other additional fees. Shipping and payment costs are added to the sum of ordered products. The customer is informed before placing an order with additional costs, eg related to the packaging.
The final price of the order, binding the Online Shop and the Customer is the product price given on the Online Store website before placing the order by the Customer, along with all costs related to the contract.
Information on the total value of the order (including costs of delivery, payment) is available before choosing the option "I am ordering - a transaction with an obligation to pay" and is confirmed in an e-mail sent to the address provided by the customer.
IX. Supply
The customer selects the type of delivery available on the Online Store website, which is a courier shipment provided by DHL.
The delivery period is from 1 to 25 working days from the time the order is processed, but usually it is up to 3 working days, unless the delivery date has been determined individually.
The maximum delivery time can not exceed 30 business days. In the event of exceeding the deadline specified in the previous sentence, the Consumer has the right to set additional time for the seller. If the goods are still not released, the Customer may withdraw from the contract.
Deliveries take place on working days, from Monday to Friday. On weekends and free days from work, deliveries are not carried out.
The Online Store is responsible for the risk of accidental loss or damage to the ordered goods until the Consumer receives it, unless the Consumer chose a different form of delivery than the deliveries offered by the Online Shop.
Courier shipments are covered by insurance.
The customer can check the goods at the time of picking up the package and in the event of any damage, write the report in the presence of the supplier. Writing down the minutes is not a condition for submitting a complaint or for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.
X. The right to withdraw from the contract
This chapter applies to Customers who are Consumers.
The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, by submitting, within 14 days of delivery of the ordered goods to him, an appropriate statement in any form. To comply with the above deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry to the following address:

In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered null and void. What the parties have rendered is returned unchanged. The return should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the following address:

The consumer is liable for the decrease in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
If the consumer, while placing the order, chose a way of delivering things other than the cheapest method of delivery offered by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the consumer.
Direct costs of returning goods in connection with the exercise of the right are borne by the Consumer, unless the Owner has agreed to bear them or did not inform the consumer about his right to withdraw from the contract. The consumer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which they withdraw from the contract, unless the entrepreneur has offered to pick up the item himself. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the goods before its expiry.
In the event of the Consumer withdrawing from the contract, the Owner will refund the price of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Consumer. The owner issues a written confirmation of the return of the benefit. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not entail any additional costs for him.
The template of the withdrawal from the contract is available on the Online Store website and is sent in an email confirming the order.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to the Consumer in cases of:
services with properties specified by the consumer in his order or closely related to his person (eg individual order);
services whose subject matter is fast deterioration or has a short shelf-life;
services whose subject is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the packaging can not be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
services whose subject matter are items which after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things;
benefits that are clearly tailored to the individual needs of the consumer.
XI. Consumer's right to warranty
The products offered in the Online Store are covered by the 24-month liability of the entity operating the Online Store for non-compliance of the goods with the contract. There is a presumption that if the Consumer has filed a warranty claim against the Online Store within 12 months of product delivery, the product defect existed at the time of its release.
Complaints against the entity operating the Online Store for non-compliance of the goods with the contract may be provided, among others:

The complaint should include a detailed description of the type of non-compliance, the date of its occurrence, the Consumer's request, the order number and contact details should be specified, which will facilitate the complaint procedure.
The entity running the Online Shop is exempt from liability under the warranty if the Consumer knew about the defect at the time of conclusion of the contract.
The Online Store processes complaints immediately, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the complaint sent by the Customer.
In the absence of information on the manner of consideration of the complaint, within the time specified in point 3, the complaint is considered considered in favor of the Customer.
In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer may request that the product be brought into conformity with the contract, free repair or replacement of the product with a new one, price reduction or the option of withdrawal from the contract. The Online Store will refund the equivalent of the product price to the Customer. The customer can not withdraw from the contract if the defect is irrelevant.
The response to the complaint will be sent to the e-mail address and e-mail address provided by the Customer.
The store issues a written confirmation of the return of the benefit.
An example Complaint form can be found on the order page and attached to an e-mail when the order is confirmed.
The right to the warranty is excluded to Customers who purchase as an Entrepreneur.
XII. Principles of processing customer personal data
Detailed rules for the processing of personal data of Customers-natural persons are set out in the "Privacy Policy", which is an integral part of the Regulations.

The customer has the ability to read, download the regulations on his device and make printouts.
If the Customer is a Consumer, any disputes arising from the Regulations or sales contracts may be resolved through mediation (more information can be found here: http://www.prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl/pomoc/) or via the Europe-wide ODR platform http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, as well as before common courts in the Republic of Poland.
If the Customer is an entrepreneur, all disputes arising from the Regulations or sales agreements will be settled amicably by the Parties through negotiation or mediation, and in the event of the parties' failure to agree - by a common court competent for the seat of the entity operating the Online Store.
If the Customer is an Entrepreneur, the liability under the warranty is excluded.
